Easter snuck up on us pretty quickly this year and nearly caught us unprepared, but we were able to throw together a nice ham dinner last night thanks to Jess's mom. It was delish - but of course stubborn Bridger didn't think so and ended up going to bed at around 6:30. Too bad for him.
Here are some pictures of the boys with their little Easter baskets and of the egg hunt we put on for them in the backyard. They loved it and I loved the fact that there were lots of places to actually hide the eggs this year.
Jessica and Penny are both doing really well. Penny amazes us with her ability to sleep. Jessica is still very sore and remembering the pains of nursing.
Somehow she and her Mom were still able to make the traditional cinnamon rolls yesterday, but this year you'll have to come and get them if you want them.
We hope you all are able to pause for a moment or several today and remember the sacrifice of Jesus Christ and the hope offered in the reality of His resurrection. We are very grateful for His example, for His love and for His willingness to do all that was required of Him. We're especially grateful to know that because of His life, we can enjoy our lives with our families for eternity.

Happy EASTER! That blanket sure looks familiar that Penny is wrapped in :) So glad that you guys had a little Easter fun ... we're still waiting to dye eggs ... we'll get there :)
So many cute pictures of the kids! I miss all of you and am so glad I got to come for Penny's birth!

Penny is just adorable and I love her little highlighted hair. Just let me know when you want some pictures done. I'm finally moving around with more ease and I'm off my pain meds, so I'm ready whenever you'd like them!
